What is the estimated delivery time once an order has been shipped?
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 days. Shipping times vary based on the individual destination.
For customers in the United States, UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, Canada:
- 7 to 14 business days from the date of shipping
International customers in other countries not listed above can expect longer shipping times, depending on the country in which they live. Shipping time will be:
- 2 to 4 weeks from the date of shipping
Please keep in mind that these are rough estimates, and shipments can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like postal strikes or severe weather.
If, for any reason, you don’t receive your order within the estimated time frame provided above and think that it might be lost in transit, please submit a support ticket from your transactions page and we can look into the order with the courier. Lost-in-transit requests must be submitted to MyQuikStores Support within 3 months of the date of shipping or before the courier archives the tracking information.

How can I track my order?
If you want to check the delivery status of your order, you can find the most updated tracking information by visiting Track Your Order.
Click on "Where's My Package?" to view your order’s estimated date of arrival and tracking history. Please note, depending on how the store ships your order, there may not be tracking information available.
How much does shipping cost?
We strive to make sure all our merchandises are delivered with a Free shipping cost.
Where do you ship from?
Primarily we ship out from fulfilment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
How do I change my shipping address?
Before placing your order on MyQuikStores, you can change the shipping address directly in your shopping cart.
If your order was placed within the first 8 hours, you can go to your Track Your Order and click "Change Shipping Address".
Once your order has shipped, it's no longer possible to change the address. We recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking numbers to see if they can reroute your order to another address.
What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?
We'll make it up to you in the case that happens. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you.

MyQuikStores does not suggest you return products, because although we offer “Free Shipping”, the actual shipping cost is high and sometimes higher than the product value. Also, it will take months for the package delivery to reach us, which will affect the processing time.
But, if you decide to return the product, please pay attention to the following aspects:
- You will need to return the product within 10 days of receiving it Free of charge.
- The product must be in good condition and does not affect secondary sales.
- You will have to pay the shipping cost after 10 days up to 30 days of reception
- No return will be accepted after 30 days of reception
- You can only return the product to MyQuikStores.
When you return the product, please send the tracking number to our customer service. And please note that we are unable to refund any premium or international delivery charges.
